I think they’re awesome. 90s Toyotas are the best ever, and their tuff trucks are no exception. The Land Cruiser is awesome enough, so when you add the additional luxury and prestige of Lexus, damn you really have soimething special.

I’m a fan. I find the Lexus variant tends to be slightly cheaper on the used market than the Land Cruiser brethren.

Love them. I know its just a slightly tarted up Land Cruiser, but I’ve always like the small changes they made. Also the 4.7L is great... if a bit thirsty.

Well in Toyota form they are good, so I assume these are, but probably filled to the gills with extra weight in stuff I don’t need.

I have the Land Cruiser version, a 2004 to be specific, and I love it. If you get a 2003+ you get the five speed transmission, which delivers better performance both from a start and on the highway. My mileage isn't as bad as others are saying, I get about 16mpg during my commute, which is a mix of highway and city driving.

I don’t mind comfortable seats, seat warmers and power windows. But I would rather have the other loads of things not in the vehicle, I’d rather have my GPS separate. I guess I want an FJ80. no leather etc. because I won’t be in the city with it.

In the US the locking diffs stopped in 97. You can get them in other markets, but we did not get them. We only got Atrac. Don't get me wrong, its a very good system, but they're not lockers.
